La Mision is a great community with awesome views, beach, surf, mesa top mountain, steep cliffs tall against the meandering estuary, a little village, and charming Mexican homes. This is true Baja California.

The estuary is a great place to watch migrating birds.

The association fee was $120 dollars annually to facilitate the community management, bank fees, and some professional fees, and the guards are $900 annually. This divides up to about $85 a month. This is to be confirmed shortly.

There are two recognized community entrances and both are guarded and gated.

You will find plenty of places for groceries in the area. Plenty of restaurants, live music, and Sunday brunch buffets are in the nearby La Fonda area. There is a brand new supermarket just south of Primo Tapia. The wine and restaurant region of Guadalupe Valley is 30 minutes away. Oceanfront golf is 10 minutes down the highway at Bajamar. From this house, you can walk to a large sandy beach about 1 mile long. Surfing is very uncrowded and there are plenty of moments of good surf.
